Another year has come and gone, so it’s time to root through the stats and list the cream of the crop, so to speak 🙂
10. Magnitude 9.0 Earthquake devastates Japan
Japan’s had a hell of a tough year, starting in March when a huge earthquake struck and caused huge damage and loss of life in the Tohoku region. It’s been really hard to watch somewhere I’m so attached to suffer, and I hope 2012 brings Japan much prosperity!
9. Japan 2009! 19th-20th December (Day 1)
My diary post from our third trip to Japan(when Em and I got married!) hard to believe this was over 2 years ago…
8. MG MBF-P02KAI Gundam Astray Red Frame – Tactical Arms IIL
On of my worklogs for MG Red Frame, looking at that amazing transformable weapon
7. MG MBF-P02KAI Gundam Astray Red Frame – Gerbera Straight & Tiger Pierce
Another Red Frame worklog, this time for its beautifully detailed Katana style swords
6. Gundam Area Wars – AR iPhone/iPad app
A quick look at this great Gundam based app and it’s awesome AR features
5. NG 1/100 GAT-X105 Aile Strike Gundam – Review
Good old Aile Strike makes the top 10 again!
4. Haworth 1940s Weekend
Many, many pictures from this fun little event in Haworth, fingers crossed the Spitfire flyover isn’t cancelled due to weather this year
3. HG 1/144 MBF-P02 Astray Red Frame – Review
My favourite kit continues to be popular with others too 🙂
2. GN Arms Type E HG Kit Reveals Something Interesting
Oh man? this post again!
1. Minecraft – A peek into My World
Winner! My big addiction of 2011 takes the top spot, no doubt the server will grow and grow through 2012.
There’s been a marked change in the top 10 this year, with a real diversity of subjects in there, I’m also thrilled that alot of new posts have got a decent amount of attention. As I mentioned last year, I’ve tried to be a little more consistent with my postings – which I’ve achieved to an extent and despite fewer posts pageviews were just shy of 17k, which again I’m very happy about!
Year ahead
2012 will be a year of huge change for me, I’m starting a new job(within the same company) which requires relocation to Manchester, so we’re in the process of packing up the house to move in the next couple of weeks which is quite exciting! I expect to be very busy and doubt I’ll get much time for Gunpla, and a couple of secret projects have fallen by the wayside too.. but it’s not all bad!
Thanks as always for reading, and stay tuned as I have high hopes for this year!
