Asahi Super Dry Extra Cold Bars: Mission complete!
Way back in June of last year, we visited the Super Dry Extra Cold Bar in Tokyo and enjoyed some incredibly refreshing Asahi beer. During our travels over the summer, Emma and I visited the three other bars across Japan, pulling ourselves drinks in…

A bit of postcode confusion later, we received some interesting looking mail!

Inside were two beer gift vouchers, each for 18 cans of Asahi Super Dry, direct from the brewery within days of production. We filled in the forms, picking a date which we’d like to receive our beer on and then popped them in the post.

Today, beer arrived!

Amazing! This beer isn’t cheap so it’s a pretty generous thing for Asahi to send in return for visiting their bars. I suppose it did involve a fair bit of travelling – we were lucky that all the concept bars just happened to be in cities we were planning to visit anyway 🙂

As it was only a summer attraction, the Osaka bar has now closed, soon to be replaced by a coffee shop. I really hope that they choose another spot and open for business again this summer!
