Yoriko Yoshida’s “Asialphabet” A – Z of Japan

Posted in Japan on 14 January, 2011 (18:41)

Japanese artist Yoriko Yoshida has been maintaining an online art workbook since 2007, updating with a new piece daily. There’s lots of great work on there but one set really stands out, the “Asialphabet” – as set of illustrations depicting the Roman alphabet (excluding Q & X) as Japanese item/traditions. I’ve included the first four below, but be sure to head through to  Yoriko-sans site to see the full set as they’re all fantastic.
