Finally found my drill! so lots of work on the casing this weekend…
First step, quickshot top casing stipped of all pcs and buttons. Then drilled the boltholes which will attach it to the box.
Next, cut holes with a knife for the stick-holes – these are a bit too large, but I’m going to be filling these with putty and sanding down. Also they’ll eventually be covered by the faceplate.
View of the quickshot casings mounted inside, plenty of room to fit the Mad Catz PCB in place too, no idea how to do it though! Might look at partially salvaging some of its casing to provide some mounting points!
Next stop, tons of wiring!

you need a trip to maplins,get some pcb mounting pillars and just glue them on!
if ya tell me the size of the holes and email your address i’ll send ya some.
